[Price Checks] V. High vs...

So, I've got:

Fireburst Brandish; V. High vs. Fiends

Ascended Calibur; V. High vs. Construct (once the update comes around)

The thing is I just want to find High CTR on both of these swords, eventually, as opposed to having some high damage bonuses on a specific critter type. The Ascended Calibur isn't exactly something I'm set on selling, but if the unbinding price is affordable, I'll most likely do so.

Can you guys help me out?
