I have tried it many times since last week. Whenever I the game launches it takes much time to w8 for the window to appear but when the window did appear it was just on for like 4 seconds then it closes itself so today I tried downloading it thinking that the result would differ than launching it in the net but I was wrong it had the same effect the black window for 4 seconds then it closes itself up making the game unplayable for me. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I'm having the same problem
I'm having the same problem with my SK. I have kapersky 2011, iE9, have more than enough MB for the game with a windows vista along the latest 3D graphix.

Does it have the same problem with the standalone client?
Have you gone though the Technical Help Sticky yet? If nothing there works, post back with more detailed computer information please.
