How about trading in minerals for mist energy instead of crowns?
I know the point of the minerals is to decide on how the strata turn out but perhaps instead of the small amount of crowns each mineral gives could be mist energy instead. what do people think?
I have no strong feelings one way or another, but could you please explain why monkeyman?
ok, its simple... people will abuse this and never buy CE
this idea much like all other energy ideas stem from wanting to play without a limit and since CE prices are way way up and some people cannot afford to purchase via real money they look for ways to bypass it, ultimately undercutting OOO
But trading CE for minerals can help a lot those who want specific stratums...
no one person can do that.... anyway gate creation has really lost its value when OOO last changed it
despite that fact it doesnt mean we need to undercut OOO for our own gain
Im not suggesting that you earn enough for continuous play because of course people would abuse the system this way. People would still have to buy CE as the total amount of mist energy you can hold is 100 and to craft 3* gear and above you would still to have CE. Although this is not the point, it would also promote playing in a party as at current, you earn less mats and cash when in a party and the only use it is to be in a party is for the danger gates which can be done solo anyway.
This idea would help experienced players more than it would help new players who are the ones actually struggling with energy costs since you get more crystals on each depth in tier 3 than in tier 1.
