Either a Skolver coat with max ele, shadow and fire, or a vig coat with max shadow, piercing, and freeze/stun.
Probably the best 3 UVd item.

Why not Leviathan Blade with CTR: Very high and ASI: Very high and vs Construct, undead or fiend Very high?

Grey Owlite Shield with Normal, Piercing and Shadow: Maximum?
This can't be determined just as there is no best set, everyone prefers other items, while some are more popular than other. And a list of very cool UV'd items would be probably pages long.

None of above boost any of my weapon except Vile Striker so... no, thank you very much ;-P
My dream item would probably be Callahan with: ASI + damage bonus vs Fiends + damage bonus vs Beasts (all Very High) or Swiftstrike Buckler with bonus damage protection from: Normal, Elemental and Shadow (all Maximum).

Is this accounting for the fact that a Max UV could be significantly more powerful than what an armor's natural defenses could be for that same attribute?
As in, current testing suggests a High UV in a defense matches equipment that have a strong natural elemental defense (such as Vog Cub).

Read the updates... hahaha
- Fixed a bug where unique variant defense type and status bonuses were being doubled in some cases.
So it was a bug after all! So wait... time to test if trinkets got useful B)

If they don't increase the base chance of getting a UV, the chance of you rolling 3 UVs on an item is going to be extremely low (1/1000). The chance of you rolling 3 MAX UVs is going to be something like 1/100000.
Good luck with that.
