I assume he is referring to the UV Fire tests which showed even Low to be almost as useful as having a piece of Vog. So the insane UV scaling might be fixed now, we'll see...

It's pretty major. My low Shock UV no longer makes shock a joke to me, my timer has near doubled!

I was using a Mad Bomber Helm

I was using a Mad Bomber Helm Max Fire in FSC last night and could not discern a difference from before. So I was probably still hitting the resistance ceiling with it on.
