I know some of these questions have been asked somewhere, but I ask in game and no one says a thing.
1.) Do UV abilites level up when your heat level goes up?
2.) If UV levels do go up, will the upgraded UV transfer to the next weapon?

Damage Bonus vs Beast: Low
Damage Bonus vs Beast: Low will always be "Low" on a weapon if you are heating it up or transferring it to the upgrade during crafting. So in that sense it doesn't change at all.
What will change is the effects of the UV, since it is a multiplier. So if it is adding +2 damage at level 1 it might go to +3 damage by the time it reaches level 10 since the base damage has also increased.
Armor Defense UV effects don't grow with heat, but they do seems to scale with the star level. The UV on a 1* armor will be more effective when it is on the 5* version of the same armor... the entire time it would have the same strength label "Low" "High" etc.

1) UV abilities do not level up when heat level goes up.
2)For example u craft brandish and it have UV , when you go for iceburst brandish for example there will be option if you would like to transfer that UV to the iburst brandish. I hope that you will underastand that because i dont know how else to explain it :D
