Look!
When you open the Clockwork Gates interface, there is time in upper right corner. It's server time.
How comes not many people noticed this... :)

Seriously though, not even I'VE noticed until just last week. It's not really too obvious or attention-grabbing. lol.
Server time is Pacific US time.
