Make it a bit more GMT friendly? this night and the last with the Lottery, for GMT it has been draawn at midnight, 0:00, Anbd that's the only one I'm around for, tthe next morning got up at 7am and, no lottery, missing alot of them so this is my Request for things like this.

I think with all the new players who are not from America are having difficulties keeping up with some of the lotteries due to the time span I would suggest Lottery every one hour to keep it fair for everyone.
Might as well tell the devs to keep the lottery system on for 24 hour period.
That way it'll be a bit fair for everyone.
