I got Wyvern Scale Helm, heat lvl 9. I can upgrade it to Dragon Scale Helm and sell it to you for 9k CE (unbinding is 4k, recipe + craft + mats another 2k).
Or I can sell it "as is" for 5k CE (unbinding is 1.8k for 4-star items), it might lose all its heat though.
