If i ever make another character then it would be usefull to have a bank where i can store mats, gears, kamas and energy. Its safer then trusting some guy to pass it over for ya. you got 1 bank per account whom all characters can make use of it.

This technically can already
This technically can already be done with the mail system, except for transferring bound gear. It would not create any problems to be honest, so I'd like something like this if I ever wanted to play on an alternate character for whatever reason. Also note that Energy is already account bound, and all characters will use from the same energy stock.
@DarthLol ...and what's the problem? There are literally no differences between characters except the friends list, username, personal colour, guild, and those more personal things that do not affect gameplay. Being able to share gear would simply make for easy name/colourchanging or whatever. There's no actual permanent changes you can do to a character other than those personal things, since the game focuses on gear. Besides all this can already be done using the mail system - The only difference is that it'd be easier, and you can't share bound gear by mail. This could be included in this bank/storage system aswell, possibly.

Eh it is needed to trade between characters (If you have all 3 character slots and wish to make a cutter on your first account and then hand it off to your noob account) I see it being safer especially if you have for example a Divine Avenger you want to give to your noob instead of trusting someone else you can directly just withdraw it.
Supported - but dont think there a big urgency for this suggestion.
That wouldn't really be fair....................................................... get your new tier 1 character to tier 3 in a few minutes...
