what counts as tier 2 armor, helmet, weapon, and sheild?

Tier 2 is 2* - 3* equipment,

Tier 2 is 2* - 3* equipment, I believe!

Tier 1: 0* - 1*
Tier 2: 2* - 3*
Tier 3: 4* - 5*
