It would be awesome if there was a way to craft skills which could be imbued into our favorite gear. This system would work much like the Glyph system in World Of Warcraft. Maybe the developers could find a way to better improve the potion system in the game by implementing it into the above system.
The skills/abilities would work great in the dungeons, but it would only really be necessary in a PVP setting. So I am also suggesting PVP. Please take a look at this thread (http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/16882) for a great idea for a PVP system with which this skill system would work wonderfully.
There could be restrictions on what kind of skills could be imbued onto a weapon and/or gear depending on the elemental aspect of it. For example, A fire
skill would only be allowed to go on a Hot Edge or other fiery weapon.
The skills would level in-tune with our weapon/gear level.
Pros of having a skill system (along with PVP):
-Creates an entire new reason to keep playing the game and spend money on energy once we are done with all levels.
-Gives another incentive to leveling gear.
-Possibly makes fighting through the dungeons a bit easier for older players who wish to replay the older ones.
-Creates a far wider range of individuality/uniqueness for each player.
-IT WOULD BE FLIPPING AWESOME, THAT'S WHY!
-It would bring in a whole new player-base who would spend money on the game.
Cons:
-None which I can think of thus far.
Please post ideas/thought/opinions/arguments.
u need to explain further about how to do this and what skills are available
otherwise im going with a no..... this game is about skill of the player not skills used in a dungeon (besides we have UVs)
