I reached my spending limit for energy approximately 13 days ago. Since then I have tried contacting billing support, but haven't had a reply yet. My question is, do you have to wait a full 30 days for your spending limit to revert back to $100? I hope not, because I'd like to purchase more energy before school starts up again! I am a Steam Spiral Knights player and my knight is "Theredcomet". And if it helps any more, the first time I purchased energy was on June 30th.

The way I understand it, it cycles out old purchases after 30 days. So if you bought the party pack ($60) on day 1, then 7500 CE ($20) on day 10, and you want to buy 20k CE ($50), you need to wait 30 days after the party pack was purchased before you'll have enough room in the spending limit to buy the 20k. In the mean time, you can still purchase another 7500 ($20) pack since your total will be in the $100 limit.
Its not clearly explained in the wiki, but thats how it seems to behave in practice.
