If you have a lot of energy,
If you have a lot of energy, you could get around 6 weapon slots,
and make 2 extra weapon slots and extend both to september, and have the pepperbox in the last one.
Comes in handy.
(e.g: my final loadout: DA, Biohazard, Barbarous Thorn Blade, Volcanic Pepperbox.)

strike needle(blitz needle does slightly extra dmg on vanaduke, from what i was told, therefore just waste of money)

Between those two, Pepperbox.
In general, neither. The Autogun lines are still highly situational and risky to use, and too many enemies dodge their attacks for it to be particularly effective in most situations.
