Dear GM,
please help.
we're stuck at vanaduke, he suddenly dissapeared after ending his Phase 3.
and we're stuck at this floor. i already submit a bug report with F2, but still no respond here.

You probably would've gotten
You probably would've gotten a response if you had used the "Support" link on the top right of the SK page, then "Contact in-game support" instead of F2 and a subforum that's only checked so often a day...

Already did all that 3 option.
Press F2 in game, put thread in here, post contact in game Support in top right of SK page.
waiting for 45 minutes, no response, my patience run out so i get out.
support page gave me a reply afterwards that mention there's no GM on duty, so they gave me a mini mist tank that recover 15 mist energy to compensate me for going to vanaduke floor "only". well, thank you for the compensation.
but honestly, i think 15 energy is not enough for reaching until vanaduke throne room. consider all the hard work for reaching there and 45 minutes wasted waiting for help without any response, and missing the chance for getting some almirian seal..
but oh well, better than nothing ..... hrrmmh....
never mind, waited 45 minutes and no respond, i quit the floor already
