Stupid Blackscreen during Birdsong!!!

I cant get on Spiral Knights because a stupid blackscreen always appears and I cant click on anything.And Im missing all the prizes from Birdsong!Figure this out as soon as possible!

Okay, let's slow down for a moment. Have you gone through the standard Technical Help Sticky first to see if anything there solves your problem. You can use section five of that guide to disable fullscreen too.
