for example i equip wolver cap and it give 25 protection normal and equip wolver armor and it give 25 protection normal does i have 50 normal protection now ?
25+25=50 or only 25 ?

Character tab
You can open the Character tab to see the resulting combination of your armor and helm.
Only the armor and helm combine to provide resistance to damage. Your shield only provides its protection when it is active.
The mechanics of damage resistance isn't quite 25+75=100 but that is the basic idea.
Yes they do combine, or else wearing the helmet and armour from one set would be a very bad idea!
