Steam Knight Mask - One character only?

Hi there! Loving the game, and hoping a GM/Mod/Dev/whatever sees this thread and can help..

My main character had gained the Steam Knight Mask due to Steam friend invites to the game. I really like the item, but unfortunately, due to certain.. complications that arose due to things I can't speak of publicly (I'll be happy to share whatever information is needed with someone in charge) I had to delete that character.

So I made my new character, and went on a campaign of inviting friends to play Spiral Knights. Brand new character, haven't played before. But I haven't gotten a steam mask yet. It's very disappointing to think I won't be able to get another one.

Just.. thought I'd throw this thread out there, see what might get done.

Sigh.

I really would.. appreciate some insight on this. I suppose I'll start submitting tickets in-game. Hrm.

For SK staff support you must send an support request in-game. Here you will mostly get support from other players.

Well, it seems that..

The internal support system appears to be broken.

You see, when you go to report an error through the help menu, it asks you to log in, And though this account is "linked" with my Steam account, it doesn't see my character, I suppose since they were created on my Steam account, and not my actual "Spiral Knights" account. And without being able to select a character to report this issue about, I'm not really seeing a way for this to be reported.

Sigh. I really did like that helmet, too.

I'm going to look for an email I can hit up.
