Spiral Knights - Can i upgrade my level 10 Defender?

Or are only lvl 1 Defenders upgradable

I have the Great defender recipe learned, I have all the matrials. The only thing I can't do is add my Defender to the ingredients tab

Yes, you can.

Try unequipping your Defender first, then go to the Recipe machine.

Ahh

I had unequipped, but i did that at the machine. You must need to unequip before you access it
