A lot of equipment seems to gain abilities or improve existing ones at higher levels. For the basic ones that have a graphical bar, the image taken at level 1 takes care of documenting that (one can see the maximum that will be attained). How do we document that for abilities that are described with text? Do we try to find out at which level the ability updates (are there only changes at level 5?) or do we just specify a range?

Hm, a low charge time reduction at level 5 and a medium one at level 10 would be in line with my observations.
Is the health bonus increase of armor/helmet regular too (+1 to whatever it had before at level 5) ? [Edit: No, my Spiral Culet didn't gain anything at lvl 10]
As far as I know, charge time reductions now appear at level 5 and 10, and appear to be the same bonuses for all weapons across each weapon class.
Though with all the changes lately, I can't be sure that's true anymore...
