Just starting out so I'm not sure if I unknowingly disabled this or if it might be a bug, but according to the 2nd level of the training grounds and a friend of mine who also plays, I should have some sort of vial belt at the top of the screen where I can hotkey vials to throw? Whatever it's for, I don't have it on my screen. Is there a keyboard shortcut I mistakenly pressed to get rid of it or is it some sort of bug?

Not in town
No, I was out of town. The first time I realized it was missing is when I went through the vial tutorial. I have everything else that's at the top of the screen (in the corners) but nothing in the middle of the top.

That's confusing, the tutorial should be changed then to have the vial belt information come later once you reach Haven.

So how do we finish the second tutorial without the belt showing?
Are you in the town? If you are the vial belt will not show up. Once you take an elevator to an area where you fight, it will appear at the direct top middle of your screen. You then fill it with Vials as you go along. Once you leave and return to the town, you lose these Vials.
