It shows 3 swords coming out, can all 3 swords hit one mob? how much damage does each sword do? How many mobs total can it hit?

For all three swords to hit
For all three swords to hit one target it would have to be a really big like a Giant Lichen Colony or one of the bosses. As the swords fly forward it pushes the mob back, and each sword can hit multiple times. Usually for something like a lumber, you aim it so that it gets stuck between two swords, that way both swords hits multiple times.

just to give an idea...
*first im wearing skolver (dam bonus medium) and this example is on a lumber (construct monster), aand tier2 stratum 4 royal jelly stages
310 damage is dealt with the melee damage
67 for each blade hitting 3-5 times
i observed that two blades can hit a single large target at close range (but ofcourse disperses so only one stays while knocking the target back)
within the very small distance between teh blades you can hit multiple enemies...
