How do you suppose they fix a problem that is probably on your end, Sturak?

Because it's not on our end? The problem is with the low quality (and quantity) of their servers. Not to mention location.
I don't get any lag, therefore your post is invalid.

I feel so dirty.
If the problem is with Amazon's servers, then maybe OOO should find someone else to get their servers from.
Now if only they'd listen to us about the server lag problems. :p
