Hey everyone im new to this game so please don't hate. I just created a Wolver Cap and got two new unique variants for it. I was wondering what I should do with it? The two variants are:

1. Increased Elemental: Defense Low
2. Increased Normal : Defense Med

How much is this worth in Crowns and CE? And should i sell it or use it thanks

Basically im New so my helm is still noobish and i have no CE or CR. Do you have an idea of how much this thing is worth?

if it helps, i've bought a wolver armor medium defense for 7k... but I'm sure you can get at least 200-300ce out of it
