put it in AH for
2-3k more than the lowest price one. Just move it right along. A low isn't really any better than no UV (sells for 1k or so over) and a double low isn't really worth more than a single, and a triple low isn't really better than a double. People just don't get excited over low UV's. Heck, I wouldn't bother buying a 5-6 UV sword, if they were all low.

Thanks for the advice. Based on what I'm seeing on the AH for comparable 4-stars with crappy UVs 3k CE seems reasonable.
