I have the game installed through Steam, so its location is this:
\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights\rsrc\sound\music
If you still can't find it, do a file search for battle_1.ogg. That's the first file, alphabetically, in the folder. Just right-click file and click "open file location".
The files are .ogg, which I think most media players can play. I use Foobar2000, but if you want to play them as MP3's, you'll need to use a file converter. Just search Google for "Free MP3/WMA/OGG Converter" - I used that because my portable media player doesn't do continuous play with .ogg's.
I'm glad the devs didn't pack the music files into a .dat or put all the tracks on 1 .wav because the soundtrack is very good.
