Hey, I recently crafted a haze bomb with 3 UVs.
Damage vs beast low.
Damage vs construct medium.
Charge time reduction medium.
Anybody know what it is worth?
can also upgrade to 2 star.

Eh
It's the same as a med ctr haze, the other extra uvs don't really make a difference for this bomb that is hardly ever used for its damage.

Would it be better to make it into something like a freezing vaporizer
or let it change to a 2 star haze bomb after the update?

Sorry to burst your bubble but, don't get your hopes up on chief's post
Pupu speaks the truth and and the other UV's hardly matter.
You'd be lucky to even get 650 ce for it let alone 2.5k-3k....

Well it depends really, CTR vaporiser bomb lines would be a lot rarer perhaps after two weeks which will then cause price to increase, probably the same as a ctr med blast bomb which is worth quite a lot.
Unless the new stun bomb line has a constant initial damage along with the status affect, then maybe the other damage UV's would increase the price.
If I were in you're position I'd keep it as a haze, as I reckon the new bomb would do some initial burst damage. (Don't take my word for this, it may as well be a DoT or perhaps do no damage at all)
If it was just a CTR med, I'd definitely upgrade it to a freezing vaporiser.
It's more or less of a gamble, if you want to stay safe then upgrade it to freezing vaporiser.
If you want to take a gamble leave it as haze.

well ctr med is worth about 500ce to 1kce and construct med but beast isnt worth it because resistances so maybe 750ce-2Kce maybe but im not sure you might get 2.5k or 3k if your lucky
