It acts normal IIRC as if the

yea it did a guy taught me it
yea it did a guy taught me it with other combos
BOMB - bomb + sword, Bomb + Gun
GUN - gun + bomb, Gun + sword
SWORD - sword + gun, sword + bomb

That happened to me before
That happened to me before but it seemed I held my Ascended in front of my face not above my head. Don't have a pic though, it was weeks ago.
