Ok i dont know if i should put this in technical or not;

anyway I bought a paysafe card at Dominicks, (idk if this has to do with anything but i bought it with the thing that u can pay for it urself, w/o the cashier, its a little machine thing, idk what's it called), and so i got the pin and was trying to get 3500 ce. I entered the PIN and all and then this occured:

Idk if this is SK's problem or paysafe, but i tried multiple times and it doesnt work.
