Crafting Ascended Calibur Help

I was trying to craft the ascended calibur today, but even though I have all the materials it wouldn't let me transmute it. Am I unknowingly missing something? The only thing I can think of is, I had 303 ce and 100 mist, but can I combine the two to get to 400 energy?
