I do have requirements and that is that you must have acess to tier 2 and it will be great if you had ascess to tier 3.

He'll have a magic cloak and hood, wrench wand, Voltech alchemer and an Owlite shield (for the IMF of course). I plan to make him a gunslinger wearing nameless gear with a Grey Owlite Shield (again), Biohazard, Polaris and Callahan. HE will be needing a lot of trips to the IMF
