why delete our characters and all we have created and done? i think it will be cool to get back our Armour, Swords and Helmet we have hardly created and waste money and lots of time on... beside our name saved i think i will be a grate idea getting back out stuff back to. i think its not fair to me and many more to invest our money and time in something that will be deleted... if our name will be saved i think our stuff should be save as well. i have invested 50+ dollars overall in the game to buy energy and crowns to make stuff and to buy stuff as well. my suggestion is to save our name plus our character with its Armour, sword and helmet that we have hardly work on and wasted real money on.

Nope, you agreed once you accepted the terms in the e-mail it was your decision to waste your time, and their promise to allow you to play the game and give back 25% extra on all Ce purchased with real money.

Actually, not even your name is saved => You were told this would happen in the email but you will get any energy you've bought with real money plus 25% on top of that. Just enjoy the game. (There are people that's been playing for months and even in previous betas so it's not like you got the short end of the stick...)
