Can't run the game

I have Java 6. 24, Windows 7, wired connection and the required specs.
When I try running from the browser, it's stuck at 100% Launching. Then, I tried downloading the game, when I try from running there, the window doesn't open and nothing happens (after the first time, the first time, it patches). So I checked the Java console, and it said a bunch of stuff and "error=740, The requested operation requires elevation". I checked online and it tells me to run it as an administrator, which I did. I've tried running the game client as an administrator but it doesn't change anything. I also tried running Firefox as an administrator to try playing from the browser, which didn't work either.
Thank you to anyone who could help in advance. :)

Ihave exactly the same problem
Running on windows 7, Java 6.24, wired connection and specs above requirements, stops at '100% Launching'. I downloaded the game ran it with admin privilages, nothing happens, switched to windows xp compatibility mode, nothing happened. Here is java console parse:

If you have old versions of
If you have old versions of Java, I would recommend uninstalling them (Java recommends this too). Make sure you have the latest version of Java, Windows is updated, double check your internet connection etc.

got it working
I have updated my ati drivers to newest catalyst version and it worked :).
Try the downloadable client found here and run as administrator.
Even though you run Firefox as admin the permission doesn't necessarily transfer to the the Java virtual machine that the game actually runs on.
