The community and Mods...

I know this is a long stretch, But do you think SK will have Mod support? (i.e. Custom huds, Randomizers, etc.)
On another note, do you think there will me community made items? just an idea.
[I've been playing WAYY to much Team Fortress 2 & Minecraft....]
I asked this some time ago, since the skin files are not hidden, and the model files are encrypted but that's it.
There's a part of the EULA/ToS or whatever that says you won't modify/copy/etc the files of the game.
