A button to maximize the "Character Window" to full screen would be really cool. Zoom and tilt would also be good additions to full screen character viewing. This would make for much better weapon/equipment screenshots on the wiki too (without those bloody arrows in every picture).

A note for people that say this is a waste of time: Like other such posts I have made, IT IS AN OPTION!!!! You don't have to use it!!!!
Plus, if you really want to argue about it's pointlessness, then just vote for it to be a less important addition that could be added in the next major overhaul.

Should not be any repercussions if they leave the default view alone, but just add a button to let you maximize. Well as long as they also add a minimize but to the fullscreen view...

What I really want is full 3D, 360, tilt and pivot view. The same as the designers enjoy when they are creating all this neat stuff for us (which I would love to be able to see better).
Sure, why not? It's not as if it'd be difficult to implement, and would let players who like geeking out on character customisation a clearer view of their creations for screencaps.
