Below is a response you left me on a post I comments on in this forum quite a few weeks ago.
I never saw your response so I apologize for disappearing.

My Spiral Knights account is my steam account angrymeli.
My character name is this one, Melizande.
I submitted a bug report through the website once and was referred to the in-game ticketing system.

I found the submission process a bit weird, considering it is a single field where you can seemingly type endlessly, and after submitting I would get a response in the chat window. But zero response from admins.

Game masters never respond to in-game tickets, period. I've filed dozens when things have bugged, or I've been ejected from content, or rooms wouldn't load and I've been stuck trying to re-connect for 20 minutes at a time because the game still thinks I'm logged in.

Never gotten a response once.

Melizande, this concerned me, so I did some poking around. What I found was rather baffling--your support history shows zero support requests submitted, and that includes from other accounts related to yours. I had someone double check my findings because I wanted to be sure I was correct about this point. Checking our email system showed no incoming email from you, either.

I'd like to know more. Which Spiral Knights account did you use to send these requests? Were you submitting bug reports instead of support requests? Due to volume, bug reports do not get replies. Support requests do.

Bug reports

I have a problem in the game. I can't see my armor or others armor. Or even the heads of birds. Is it a bug? if it is can u help me out?

Hitting F2 brings up a bug

Hitting F2 brings up a bug report box. Which sends a bug report to them, you type out the bug info, send it off, and be on your merry way. They do not get you a direct response.

What will get you a response is sending a Support Request. You hit F1 then click the support tab and hit "SUPPORT REQUEST" which will take you to a webpage to fill out a support request. Has a spot for your character name, subject (ex: vanaduke disappeared), and message (ex: my team was fighting vanaduke and he just disappeared midfight, help please). You may have to wait a little bit depending on what time it is and how many requests they're receiving but you will almost always get a response. Either in your mail or a GM will poof into your party.

@toroti12 thats a video

@toroti12 thats a video driver problem, especially with Intel Graphics. You'll need to get them updated from the Intel site, and hope that the chipset itself actually supports the right OpenGL extensions.
