My Spiral Knights account is my steam account angrymeli.
My character name is this one, Melizande.
I submitted a bug report through the website once and was referred to the in-game ticketing system.
I found the submission process a bit weird, considering it is a single field where you can seemingly type endlessly, and after submitting I would get a response in the chat window. But zero response from admins.

Game masters never respond to in-game tickets, period. I've filed dozens when things have bugged, or I've been ejected from content, or rooms wouldn't load and I've been stuck trying to re-connect for 20 minutes at a time because the game still thinks I'm logged in.
Never gotten a response once.
Melizande, this concerned me, so I did some poking around. What I found was rather baffling--your support history shows zero support requests submitted, and that includes from other accounts related to yours. I had someone double check my findings because I wanted to be sure I was correct about this point. Checking our email system showed no incoming email from you, either.
I'd like to know more. Which Spiral Knights account did you use to send these requests? Were you submitting bug reports instead of support requests? Due to volume, bug reports do not get replies. Support requests do.
I have a problem in the game. I can't see my armor or others armor. Or even the heads of birds. Is it a bug? if it is can u help me out?
