to handle your problem with grainy:
1. don't save in gif if you a) don't need the animation feature or b) can live with a limited color palette (reason why they're grainy or rather diffused)
2. here's a pic i found over google which should show you how to set it to jpg (if there's some redirect because of bandweight theft blah or something tell me) -> http://library.creativecow.net/articles/chaffin_abraham/designing-a-webs...
and, not to be mean (constructive critism) but you may consider taking a lower price for your stuff than the other guy just because of level differences. doing this you could engage the niche between his "good stuff for expensive" and the total end of line which should be stickfigures. (or proof people wrong and post pics which show you know what u're doing, which seems not to be the case yet)
anyway, it's good people get creative and think about how to abuse niches, that's a good thing for every mmo community :D

I don't know if this is a joke but your art is really, really, REALLY bad. It seems like all you do is copy and paste a picture and use photoshop or paint to add a word. 10k CE for your horrendous art is a ripoff.
