good point

I've no idea how to... in fact I had to setup a non steam account to be able to post in the forums. I'm wondering how many steam players were lost when we had the glitch of negative crowns.

It happened a few days after SK was released on steam, if you search you could probably find a few threads about people complaining about lost crowns and in some cases getting -crowns. Worst part of it was, that with no crowns you couldn't do anything to earn crowns unless you traded mats with another player or sold CE. I was lucky, I only went down to -2k crowns and had 100 CE that I could sell. AFIK the glitch got fixed within a week, but I'm guessing that some people weren't able to work around it and finding the game unplayable with no easy way to contact support they may well have quit.

is it because..

are you having problems too ever since the new update?

Steam disconnects me randomly (never before) and then ... tells me "this game in unavailable" for 5 mins before getting in again.

Also experiencing MUCH more lag than usual... could be my end, but really it only happened after the update, and not doing anything different from usual on my comp.

@ Aidser

the proper response would be directing you to https://support.steampowered.com/

but i think this is more for the SK devs than anything

edit: steam account here too

Valve won't do anything about

Valve won't do anything about it. The SK team would need to add steam authentication support into the forum software. But having never seen a site use it before, I'm not sure how it would work.

I heard they have something in the works though.

As for lag, always ALWAYS expect a flood of players to check out a new update when it goes live.
