Who Invited You?

Plain and simple question who invited you to Spiral Knights?
I was invited by, Azura. (Played Rs with her, and sent me an invite since she was busy killing monsters in Sk, and well I asked her why she not playing Rs, and she sent me an invite glad she did tbh).

My GF knew some people (*cough cough*) to get me an invite... though she could have just used the email invite like any other person.

You werent worth her time wasting a dam e-mail on you jk jk <3

The CIA. Invited me. Anything else I say, and you would have to be shot.
No, not really. I got invited by one of my Forum buddies.
(i so love him for that invite)
I joined in January 2010. I can't even remember if we needed invitations then. I think it was just the first couple hundred or so to sign up got in.

an ad on nitrome (that flash game website) way back in the second preview =D . no invites for me.
Nick from Three Rings posted an access code on a forum I frequent.
not sure. someone invited a friend of mine who told said someone to invite me too.
I read an article on Kotaku that was giving away free invites...all gone by the time I click the link of course...so I googled Spiral Knights invite giveaways with the latest search option selected. Sent me to the Twitter account and I got signed up...also go my wife to sign up. She didn't like it from the intro and tutorials, but she saw me playing last night and was like "That looks fun! That's not what I was playing!" So now she's gonna start up again Friday.

Twitter from following Sega and Segabits.
Rose invited me right at the beiging of this preivew.

I saw the kotaku article too, thats where I ended up getting the invite code from. I was surprised it wasn't all used up yet, I think I caught the post when it was pretty new, and I think the code was good for like 500 signups or something. Glad I did though, enjoyed the preview!
Three Panel Soul link to a twitter search got me in.
I got an email from spiral knights also
then I invited a few friends
Facebook. I caught the end of the preview event before the one that just ended. I joined approx. a week before it ended. :< So I got an e-mail about this event and it was all downhill from there. *officially addicted to Spiral Knights*
Three Rings made one helluva game. ;)

Some /v/irgin. Thanks to him, my brave knight Vinsfield was created.
EDIT: Wait, I remembered something. I got the invitation in Panty & Stocking image thread on /v/!

On the main Spiral Knights website, then forgot about it. Couple Months later I got in and was very happy, got a lot of people from my other game's guild to join too.
I was also auto invited at the beginning of the preview in October, since I participated in previous preview events in Jan 2010 and... was it October 2009?
Also, I gave away like 50+ invites to /v/ in December. YOU'RE WELCOME. (oops sorry broke the NDA like a dozen times)
I was like, "Yo Nick Imma invite myself to this cool new game you have here"
Then he was all like, "K".
I blame Blackhat. He linked it on his webcomic. ._.
Zombie sent me an invite.
I played Gunz with him as well as League of Legends.
He thought it would be a great game for me to play, and I gladly accepted it.
I love this game >:o
I looked for register codes after I heard of the game on Kotaku and didn't have anything else to do... I'm glad I started playing this game and looked for codes (specific links) to play.
I got bored of playing Dragon Saga, and I started looking for an even better game, and WHAM! thats when I found out about SK. It TOTALLY ROCKS :D!

Someone from Whirled sent me an invite. He was a tester when SK was called "Project X". c:

Great to know where you all came from (I know you came from your mommies), in the aspects of Sk.
Saw an article about SK on Ars Technica while reading about Japan's Fukushima Dai-ichi reactor meltdowns. Then searched around for an active invite link. How's that for a strange way to start playing a video game?

^ Naw, that's standard fair for Ars Technica.

Guess its not strange 2 Dog, but it is strange 2 me =0 lol
btw Dogrock if your reading this HIIIIIIIIII I miss Sk I want to chill in arcade right now tbh...

i was invited by SEGA since day one of preview beta and have the invitation to prove it ok!
After playing in the previous preview event, I signed up for the alert e-mail and got an invite around the start of this preview event.
led me here. One of the moderators and blog writers recommended we check out this game. I and a few of my friends have been hooked since.
This time I got in from a Twitter code, but I remember the very early Project X days. Man, two years goes fast.
I was invited by a friend that never even ended up playing much, even tho he was ALL EXCITED about the game. Funny how that works, specially since now I keep him informed on whats going on in the game.
LOL also crazzy makes me laugh. He's been here since 3/16/2011 and he thinks Sega invited him to the "first" Beta, even tho Sega had nothing to do with the game up till recently. Haha, this kid got dropped on his head wayyy to many times. Cant wait to read what off the wall stuff he comes up with next.
A friend of mine told me about this game awhile back, but I was way too busy to check it out then. Then some invites were posted on polycount about 2 weeks ago so I thought I'd check it out.
well i subscribed with my email atthe old sk website and i got some emails...but i have invited a couple of ppl...

Ian's comic, Threepanelsoul.com. For some reason, I don't recall there being any code to sign up during the reduced energy weekend... Eh, but I digress.
Ars Technica gave out 500 invites. I got in late in the game, but I did help out the devs by giving them $10. They "helped" me by giving me 10,000 CE in a random giveaway one night. I helped everyone by giving CE to anyone that needed it.
Going to miss that come launch.
IGN: Rotten
I read the article where Ars Tech gave out the 500 invites. Not surprisingly they were all gone by the time I clicked the link. So I started reading the comments to see what others thought of the game. From there I learned that 1) The invites were gone in about 2 hours and 2) someone linked to the SK twitter that had a working signup link.
Someone left an auspicious link in the comments on the Rock Paper Shotgun and I had a fast mouse finger.
I just found a link on google. /sob.
though, when you get down to who's responsible for me joining (as the case would be, the one who made me know of this game) : Cobalt, who had mention of SK on their profile in whirled (one of three rings other games, fyi.)

He made a thread looking for some steam friends, and I was the only one that sent him an invite, as far as he informed me.
We talked a bit, he mentioned Spiral Knights.
Lol I saw when u won that 10K energyer Rotten! Grats! I was glad to see someone that needed it win it, as i was just gonna give it all away if i won it! :P

I invited myself... They sent me the email :)
On the first day of the preview test
I got auto invited right at the start of the event.
