On the HUD, the purple color of the Coliseum icon stands out too much. It is not an urgent item, and should not draw the eye like one. Let it blend in with the other HUD items.

What colour would you suggest it be then?
The same blue-grey color scheme as the rest of the HUD items across the top. I don't expect everyone to find it as distracting as I do, and I will gladly admit that it isn't an important problem. However, I do think it would be better to maintain a consistent color scheme in any given part of the interface.

Ordinary blend-in colour...maybe not...
All the things on you HUD are related to you player. Inventory, profile etc...
The coliseum button is supposed to stand out in a way. Dull the colour so it doesn't distract? Ok. Just don't monotonise the HUD plz?
Maybe add a pencil thing red lining to the inner symbol of it? Less distraction if you change it to the blue grey, but still sets it apart from everything else.

I too would like to see some
I too would like to see some changes of that PVP icon.
It doesn't seem very... "aesthetic" to me.
I should either have the same color as the rest of icons, OR have the same color with the crossed swords symbol outlined red or something like that. Something like Valkyrie said.
What colour would you suggest it be then? Blue? And anyway I don't think that it draws away the eye that much. Maybe if more people complain, then OOO may take notice.
