I've won tokens, of course. A lot, and a lot of tokens. (Like, about 250+ tokens in total, so I've played too much.)
I've also won three bombhead masks.
A Ruby Bombhead Mask was won in Free for All, the Starry was won in a Team Battle, and the Emerald was also won in a Team Battle. I've never seen them given out thus far- you had to win to get the mask.
As far as I can tell, it's just outright random if you have a chance at the mask or not.

I play random teams (because I suck at blast network.) I've seen the following bribe rewards:
1 Krogmo coin to all players.
2 Krogmo coins to the winning team.
3 Krogmo coins to the winning team. (Rare. This happened right before a server reboot, so I never saw those coins.)
1 Mini mist tank to the winning team. (Rare. Interestingly, the game ended in a tie. As far as I know, everyone got the mini mist tank. The mini mist tank gives you 15 mist energy.)

5 - one of the 3-coin bribes mentioned above, with a 2-coin reward for being in top 4 rank.
(I play only team, once I accidentally clicked on FFA and I never. Ever. Want to do it again. I don't care that in FFA there's more chance, it seems by the previous posts on this thread, to get a mask.)

thats my second one in two days. they seem to be getting more common in team pvp...
