You have to be pretty quick
You have to be pretty quick but it's normally visible during a Blast Network Match.
Simply hover over the icon during a match and you should be able to see that.
It's hard to look at during a match since everyone is pretty much going to kill you. :P
Oh, and you have to be alive in able to be able to hover over it and see it.

The only defense against speed is MOAR SPEED!
Hog ALL the speed powerups!
