SO i really want to play this game but after the game downloads its contents, it fails to start up! The window goes black screen and then comes back and i get a error saying

That's your problem. You are using an Intel GMA 900 (integrated video) that is just to old to run this game. Your are in the scenario where you will have to upgrade our computer to be able to play this game. Sorry.

It has a lot do do with that those games are DirectX based. This game makes use of OpenGL, which Intel snubbed a bit (up to a 3 year delay for hardware support!).
