If they owe you a debt, remember them or add them or get them to send an IOU email so you can keep track of them. No reason to have an official program for it. I make and gave plenty of stuff to ppl and they tell me they owe me but I tell them to forget about it. It's up to both the giver and receiver to make sure the debt is repaid.
MY problems with returns are people who say they'll craft something for you and log off after you give them the stuff. Then you never see them again. But his/her name is always there...I can still remember it...and I always try the tell function, but he/she is never online...
