"Zombies now wander around when they have no target"
Has anyone done vanaduke? Is it still possible to stick the zombies in a corner?
Vanaduke buff?
Chances are removing that is the point of that part of the update, so I'm going to go out on a limb here and say... no.
It is going to change a lot more than just vanaduck. A lot of the rest of the FSC levels seem to be designed to assume that zombies will dribble out as you advance. Graveyards will be at least slightly harder since you could normally pull off a few zombies and leave the rest standing there, now they will either come after you, or wander away making you have to hunt them down. I suspect that quite a few levels will change too.
While I agree that monsters just standing around isn't very realistic, I tend to say that either all monsters should wander around or none.
Now all they need to do is make vanaduck immune to status effects and prevent water droplets from trapping him. C'mon OOO :)
and they should make vanaduck HP 5x times a lot more, and all of his attack will cause instant death when hit, prevent any dead body to trap him, slag guard always spawn whether the zombie alive or not, and should also added a couple of re-spawning t3 advanced homing rocket gun puppy in the area.
oh, and also make the shadow fire pillar that spawned cannot be doused by water.
and we will have a couple player that will be happy with this, and a million complain from other players....
Just did a run, nothing drastically change.
It just that zombie come out from the corners more often.
Finished a run with some guild mates earlier. It does seem that you can still make them stare at the corner and think long and hard about their afterlives for a little while, but they will more easily go roaming, even without provocation. Not a terribly different experience, though.
Probably won't be possible.
You'll have to dedicate one of your teammates to shield bumping or something.
