CTR Trinkets Don't Work Properly?

Hi

I have a lvl 10 DA and 2 elite sword focus modules. So that 3 Med CTR = Max CTR.
My friend has a lvl 10 DA with a UV of CTR VH. So that is Med + VH = Max CTR.

Here is the issue.

The way I calculate charge time is in steps. The number of steps you can take before weapon is charged.

When my friend charges, he takes 3.5 to 4 steps and it is ready.
When I charge it takes 5 steps......

Can someone explain this? Am I missing something and being a derp?

Or is this just a bug that needs a lil fix?

If I look at our characters (press P) and hover over our DAs (on the bottom bar) it shows Max CTR. But my Max CTR is not as good as his Max CTR ?!?!?

Could be lag, or lag compensation. What does your friend see when you try it?

Nevermind guys, it was a mix

Nevermind guys, it was a mix of paranoia, latency issues and bad charge releasing.

fyi: you can never compare

fyi: you can never compare the latency for 2 computers in different locations, lots of variables (background programs/hardware differences/amount of ppl on isp node/hundreds of differences)...
