I went to play some Blast Network on my second character, but somehow I didn't get another Spiral Bombhead Mask. Is it normal? Does this also mean I will not be able to get other stuff like Steam Knight Masks and whatnot?

I've heard that you can ask a GM to change which character has the mask once, since you didn't know. Just in case it's on a character you didn't want it on.

What Nyz said is true. Like Xaechireon, I didn't know that it's actually 1 mask per account.
I explained the situation in a support request and I asked them if they could switch the mask to my main knight. But instead of switching, they gave me another one. Now both of them have a mask UvU
Maybe it's one mask per account?
