I'm pretty sure that scoring is as follows:

1 point if a knight dies who is not you.
1 point for scoring a kill, other then yourself.

But does anyone know how to determine who wins ties at the end of a round?

The one with the least

The one with the least deaths.
IF they have equal deaths, both win.

1 point per kill, 1 point for

1 point per kill, 1 point for each death of another player

Tie breaks are determined by lowest death count. If players have equal kills and deaths, they actually tie, in which case they both get prizes for winning if they're due.

Also, it appears you don't

Also, it appears you don't get points for other dying knights as long as you are dead.

Scoring a kill is 2 points?

I thought scoring a kill is 2 points

You do. Scoring a kill

You do. Scoring a kill satisfies both conditions in the original post.

Dead Knights

From what I have seen, if you're dead you still earn points from other dying knights. Oh and your right Adder, kill-1 point, death-1 point, so it adds up to 2.

Dead knights score points

Dead knights score points just as much as live ones. The penalty of the respawn counter is not being able to get extra kills for the bonus point, though sny kills you get while dead still count (from bombs you placed while alive)

Your score = Amount of

Your score = Amount of everyone's deaths - 1 point for each your death + 1 point for each kill you get

Take this screenshot for example: http://i.imgur.com/Bo3nD.png
We all died a total of 79 deaths
1st player killed 10 people and died 6 times, 79-6+10=83
2nd player killed 12 people and died 9 times, 79-9+12=82
3rd player killed 9 people and died 11 times, 79-11+9=77
And so on, and on, and on.

And in Team games amount of deaths in your teams equals the enemy score: http://i.imgur.com/DlaLL.png

What's funny is that

What's funny is that kills/deaths don't matter for team tiebreaking, two teams with the same score will tie even if one has a lot more deaths/kills than the other. :P

jooozek, you could just say:

jooozek, you could just say: Your kills + Everyone else's deaths.

While yours makes it easier to work out the entire game's score, to work out a single player, just never add their deaths to the total.

Sometimes I get caught on

Sometimes I get caught on corners, or end up on an unexpected side of a bomb, but no, I'm playing pretty much lag free.
