How does that work exactly?
Is it the new pack that's being offered? How do we get a discount on that?
I bought the new pack this morning. What's the discount price supposed to be?

Yeah, I paid $24.95 I think it was. Wanted to make sure that I didn't miss the sale or anything.
we still cant use those game cards (Ultimate Game Card) right? due to steam??
There is no difference in the price of the Battle Pack between Steam and the web game. Steam is basically advertising that the pack is a $45 value and sold for $24.95. That's all.
Steam is implying the battle pack's discount will disappear after the weekend - that's what we're questioning at this point.
Okay, so it's just confusing advertising on Steam's part.
Yeah, I think Steam are just being dumb on this. It is very misleadingly worded tho.
Seeing as the basic CE rate is 400 CE/$, one has to wonder how another CE pack at the rate of 400 CE/$ can possibly be seen as discounted by 45%
The goodies in the starter and battle packs have an associated CE value to them. If all items were purchased separately using CE, thats how much $$ you would had spent.
Steam advertising also doesn't quite understand how it actually works.... so it thinks its a 45% discount.
Where can you buy those items for CE? IS it even possible?
The only items of any actual value are the CE and mist tanks.
you cant buy the items, they are bound to your character if you buy the pack
otherwise you cant have them
The current in-game discount is equal to 45% already. Checked over steam, and I didn't get any further reduction.
This may be a confirmation on the time limit of the discount, though.
Can we have OOO response to how exactly this is supposed to work - are purchases through steam supposed to get an extra discount, or is the current discount going to disappear after the weekend?
