I would suggest sending
I would suggest sending Billing support a message asking if its supposed to be available in that payment method.
That is more of a suggestion than a Technical Support issue.
Could you move it to the Suggestions section by editing your post and changing the drop down menu?
Pay By Cash might not be willing to do the Battle Pack, like the Starter Pack. So...you could try looking at other options for now.
